I’m back in the Saddle again….



It’s been a long time coming. It seems for the last 1 1/2 years, I’ve struggled to get quality time in the saddle. Happy to announce I’m am cleared to ride again, although not going to always be pain free. I now know what to expect and how to treat my Fibromyalgia, Obesity, and the pinched nerve in my foot. The Fibromyalgia is the biggest challenge, because it makes me so achy and tired a lot. I will be starting a gluten-free low carb nutritional plan this week. My doctor says that this should help both the weight and Fibro issues. So if there are any other riders who have Fibromyalgia would like to share your experiences with riding with the disease, please comment. Anyone with any great Gluten-Free/Low Carb Recipes that you want to share, please drop it in the comment section.
